Reading – About My Brother’s Health

January 12, 2008 by Art of Cartomancy

I’m concerned about my brother who has some serious health issues that have been under control until very recently. For the past few days, he’s experiencing edema in his legs and feet, and the diruetics prescribed at a recent emergency room visit do not appear to be relieving the swelling.Today I decided to try a ‘No Layout’ reading on my brother’s health. For the Key Card I chose The Tree which deals with the life force and health matters.

Here are the cards I drew:

Bouquet + Coffin + Garden + Tree + Dog + Key + Storks

My Interpretation:

The Bouquet + The Coffin = shows that in the past my brother’s health was good, but then the good health came to an end. The Coffin can also specifically refer to an illness.

The Coffin + The Garden + The Tree = this combination makes me think of a hospital or urgent care facility. The Coffin shows illness, The Garden represents a public place, and The Tree represent health.

The Tree + The Dog = this is an obvious combination to represent a physician or other health care professional.

The Key + The Storks = these two cards represent a solution to the problem, and a positive change.

These cards look a lot better than I expected. As background information (cards to the left of the Key Card) they show that my brother has already been to the emergency room. In the future the cards shows him consulting with a doctor (he has an appointment to see a specialist on Monday). Apparently the specialist will know immediately what’s wrong him, and the doctor will provide the key to bring a change or improvement.

It amazes me how accurate and to the point the Lenormand Oracle can be!

I am pleased to see this blog and wish you good continuation. It is a brilliant idea to post your experience.

The ‘no lay’ out method needs to be used more by many to keep a tag on how accurate it can be…

    Right on the button!
Must admit that Sylvies system pinpoints things in a most satifactory way.
May I add that the Storks also = legs.

Having had some leg problems myself, I noticed it straight away!

Thank you for sharing your findings/insights using the Lenormand deck.

    Hello Conner,

Thank you for your comments! Yes, Sylvie’s system is so dead-on accurate. That is great about the Storks = legs. I totally missed that, so I’m glad you noticed it. The Lenormand Oracle never ceases to amaze me!

I am so grateful to Sylvie for introducing the Lenormand to a broader audience, especially me!

    Hi LisaW,

Thank you! I’m really glad you stopped by. I’m also grateful to Sylvie for introducing me to the Lenormand.

It’s funny, I’ve only been studying these cards for a few weeks, but already they feel so friendly and familiar to me–like an old friend.

I’m very excited to know that so many other people are feeling a similar connection to Lenormand, and are interested in sharing their thoughts and ideas.

    Thanks again,
